1. Who we are

The online store shop.silentsystem.com is operated by Silentsystem España S.L., NIF ESB66980855, Avinguda Corregers 11, 46394 Riba-roja de Túria (Valencia), Spain, email hello@silentsystem.com ("Silentsystem", "we", "us"). These Terms of Service apply to every order placed on this store.

2. Products

We sell wireless silent headphones, RF transmitters, microphones, chargers, cables and accessories, both new and refurbished / ex-demo. Refurbished products are tested and fully working and may show light signs of use. Photos are for illustration; the description on the product page is what counts.

Some spare parts and accessories are sold only to customers who already own the matching Silentsystem model, as stated on the product page. Orders that do not meet this condition may be cancelled and refunded.

3. Prices and taxes

Prices are in euros and include Spanish VAT (21%) where applicable. Prices may be shown in your local currency for information; the amount charged is the one shown at checkout. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout before you pay.

For deliveries outside the European Union, no VAT is charged; any import duties, taxes and customs fees are paid by the customer. Businesses in other EU countries that enter a valid VAT number at checkout are invoiced without VAT under the reverse-charge rule.

4. Orders and contract

The contract is formed when we send you the order confirmation email. We may cancel an order, with a full refund, if a product is no longer available or the price shown contains an obvious error. We keep a copy of every order and send you its details by email.

5. Payment

You can pay with the methods shown at checkout. Payments are handled by secure payment providers; we never see or store your full card details.

6. Delivery

Delivery times, rates and conditions are described in our Shipping Policy.

7. Right of withdrawal

If you buy as a consumer, you can withdraw from the contract within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason. See our Refund Policy for how to do it.

8. Guarantee

Consumers benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity under Spanish consumer law (Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007): 3 years from delivery for new products and 1 year for refurbished / ex-demo products. Where the product page offers our Swap Repair service, it is an extra commercial warranty and does not limit your legal rights.

Business customers: 12 months from delivery, with the Swap Repair option where stated on the product page.

To use the guarantee, contact hello@silentsystem.com with your order number and a short description of the fault.

9. Liability

We are liable under the applicable law. For business customers, our liability is limited to the price of the product concerned and excludes indirect damages, as far as the law allows. Nothing in these terms limits the mandatory rights of consumers.

10. Intellectual property

Texts, photos, logos and the Silentsystem brand belong to Silentsystem or its licensors and may not be used without our written permission.

11. Personal data

We process your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

12. Applicable law and disputes

These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory rules of your country of residence and may go to the courts of your place of residence. For business customers, the courts of Valencia (Spain) have jurisdiction.

13. Changes

We may update these terms. The version published when you place your order applies to that order.
