1. Who is responsible for your data

2. What data we collect

• Order and account data: name, company name and VAT number (if given), billing and shipping address, email, phone, order history.
• Payment data: processed directly by our payment providers; we do not store full card numbers.
• Messages you send us by email, WhatsApp or contact forms.
• Technical data: IP address, browser, device and pages visited, collected through cookies and similar technologies.

3. Why we use your data and on what legal basis

• To process and deliver your orders, handle returns and guarantees and answer you – performance of a contract.
• To issue invoices and keep accounting and tax records – legal obligation.
• To prevent fraud and keep the store secure and working – legitimate interest.
• To send newsletters and offers, and to use analytics or marketing cookies – your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

4. Who we share your data with

Only with the providers we need to run the store: Shopify (e-commerce platform), payment providers, couriers such as DHL, IT and email services, and our accountants and tax advisers. We also share data with public authorities when the law requires it. We never sell your data.

5. International transfers

Some providers, such as Shopify, may process data outside the European Economic Area. In these cases transfers are protected by an adequacy decision of the European Commission or by Standard Contractual Clauses.

6. How long we keep your data

Order and invoice data: for as long as required by tax and commercial law (generally 6 years). Account data: until you close your account. Marketing data: until you withdraw your consent.

7. Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, to limit or object to its use, and to receive it in a portable format, by writing to hello@silentsystem.com. You also have the right to complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es) or to the authority of your country.

8. Cookies

We use technical cookies needed for the store to work (cart, checkout, language, security). Analytics and marketing cookies are used only if you accept them in the cookie banner; you can change your choice at any time.

9. Minors

The store is not intended for people under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

We may update this policy. The current version is always published on this page.
