Right of withdrawal (consumers)

If you buy as a consumer, you can withdraw from the contract within 14 days of the day you (or a person you name) receive the products, without giving a reason. If one order is delivered in several parcels, the 14 days start from the delivery of the last one.

To withdraw, tell us clearly before the deadline: use the returns feature in your customer account or write to hello@silentsystem.com. You can use the model form below, but it is not required.

Returning the products

Send the products back within 14 days of telling us you are withdrawing, to:

Please use a tracked service and keep the receipt and tracking number. The products must be complete, with all accessories, cables, manuals and original packaging where available. You can open and try the products as you would in a shop; you are responsible for any loss of value caused by handling beyond what is needed to check them.

The cost of returning the products is paid by the customer.

Refund

We refund all payments received, including the cost of standard delivery, within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal. We may hold the refund until we receive the products or you show proof that you have sent them, whichever comes first. We refund with the same payment method you used, unless you agree otherwise. Extra costs for a delivery method more expensive than our standard one are not refunded.

Faulty, wrong or damaged products

If a product is faulty, not as described, or damaged in transit, write to hello@silentsystem.com with your order number and, if possible, photos. We will arrange the repair, replacement or refund under the legal guarantee, and we pay the return shipping in these cases.

Business customers

The right of withdrawal applies to consumers only. Business customers can ask us about a return; we will assess it case by case.
